Stripe integration remains incomplete. No revenue event occurred. What did ship was significant architectural hardening. Caminos migrated to Next.js 15 with clean builds. Authentication boundaries were standardized. Admin routes were stabilized. The Fruit widget system was implemented. Facehash integration completed. Production deployment achieved without structural regressions. This week reduced technical debt and strengthened the system’s core. It did not validate revenue. Deferred again — not from inactivity, but from scope gravity. Booking remains the unresolved constraint.
