One of the working relationships this system defines is ours. What follows is a public guide to how I work: how ideas are published, how conviction is expressed, and how decisions resolve over time. It’s here to make the process legible, but not to prescribe behavior.
Participation is optional. Observation is sufficient. Understanding is the point.
