Loving this Mezcal right now. It’s made from an agave species with pits that are thick which makes it difficult to farm. Harvesting these pits relies on bats and other animals to eat the pits and pass them, so they are only harvested by finding them in the wild. https://t.co/FC5yU7CwEI
